She does immediately open the door a sliver though and slips in. She's wearing pajamas - it was pretty much a snap decision to come over. She's also carrying a few books, but that's normal for her. ]

Your sleeps schedule is as unconventional as you are.

[ stopping whatever was on the monitors (a movie on one, a video game on the other, on the third a wordy article), flat turns around on his chair to face miach. he's also dressed in his own pajamas; an over-sized t-shirt and some pants. ]

I don't need to sleep much anyways. So what's up?

[ She walks over to him before replying, glancing over the computer set-up with no real respect for privacy. The video game gets a curious look. Miach's never played much before but Nana has introduced her to the medium and now she's far more amenable to it. ]

I'm still looking into Outlands creatures that might or might not suit me. I'm running in circles though, so I need you to take responsibility. Either help me with this or distract me, I am not picky in this particular situation.

[ flat lets her, even swiveling out of her way so that she can get a closer look. from the looks of it it's nothing too complicated, a simple jrpg game with an oddly bizarre background. she may still be able to hear the background music of the game filtering through the headset on his desk as well.

when she mentions the outland creatures, however, flat's eyes immediately grow a little wider with interest as he claps his hands together. ]

[ The game looks interesting enough that Miach makes a mental note to ask him about it later when she's done with the matter at hand.

The matter of hand leads her to place her books on Flat's desk. It's an encyclopedia of fey and a volume about caucasian mythology, which she has placed several bookmarks in. ]

Consulting with books and others, I am likely enough fae-adjacent rather than anything else, but I am not getting any closer to the actual source. I was born in Chechnya, so my initial attempt as to work localized, but...

[ She opens one of the pages. It's about Almas. ]

Not only is this less than flattering, it is also not particularly convincing.
