[ flat will be opening the door when he hears the knock, however. it's been a while since he's seen vivi, and he still manages a grin when seeing him. ]

Um....Hi. [ He's not nearly as exuberant as he usually is, and it shows.

He doesn't even attempt to try, which shows the situation is somewhat dire. ]

Can...I sit? Or do you want me to stand...?

[ he quickly notices the difference from his usual demeanor and flat can't help but...frown a little at it. he can already imagine where this conversation is going and it's not necessarily anywhere good. ]

Sitting's fine. Or you can stand. I don't really mind either way.

[ After some deliberation, Vivi sits on the floor. ]

...Is it okay if we're still friends? [ He fidgets. ] Since I'm kinda...not doing what you believe in...and everything.

[ he pauses, giving vivi a look like he had just grown a second head. flat looks...genuinely confused. ]

Are people still angry about that? I don't think you should think too hard on it. You're still my friend, even if we think differently. [ he smiles at him, though it's still clear that he doesn't quite understand the other's emotions. ] Though Miach might think differently, but that doesn't matter!

We're still friends...? Okay. [ He seems to deflate, like he was holding something difficult, and now it's less difficult again. ]

I thought you wouldn't like me anymore cause I don't want to die and you don't really agree with that... [ Normal things to say to people. ] But, um...we're still friends, so I'm happy!

[ And, true to what he says, he really does seem to be happy. ] Are you bored? Do you want me to stay?
